Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Outlawz™ Premium Hemp Company purchase, please contact us at (619) 450-1682 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday (holidays excluded), email We are unable to issue a return on used product or product returned empty. If you purchased a bundle, collection, or kit all products must be returned – partial returns will not be issued. Once your return has been received, reviewed, approved, and processed, you will receive a full refund of the cost of your purchase.

Please follow the below steps to ensure proper processing of your return:

Pack the products carefully, to avoid damage in transit, if available, include your original packing slip, add your name, address, and email if it is not already listed. If not, add a note with your full name, order number, date of order, phone number, and email address.

Seal the package and take the package to a UPS office, local USPS office, or give it your US Postal Service Mail Carrier. We recommend sending your return via UPS or insured parcel post for your protection and ensuring prompt delivery. We are unable to issue refunds if Outlawz™ Premium Hemp Company does not receive the product.

Shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

We process returns within 3 - 4 business days of receipt. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank’s policies. If an order was purchased with a gift certificate, the refund would be issued as a store credit. We’re unable to refund the original cost of shipping and return shipping. Only products purchased through may be returned. We are unable to issue a refund for products purchased through one of our retailers. If you purchased products through a retailer, we recommend contacting the retailer and inquire about their return policy.
